In most cases, products ship by priority mail, or by FedEx ground. If you desire faster shipping, please give us a call and we will provide you with other options. Basic shipping provides shipment to only the continental United States. All other areas should call for an estimate on shipping.
Returns require a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clear on the box, and noted inside the box along with your printed name, address, and phone number. Returns without an authorization number on the box will not be accepted. The items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item.
The following items are non-returnable:
Thermal Underwear, Leggings, Hosiery, Socks, Sunglasses without tags, and Shoes without original packing material.
All items being returned must still be in new condition. Washed or used items cannot be accepted for return. Tags should still be attached to the item(s) being returned.
PLEASE DO NOT TAPE SHOE BOXES SHUT and use them as the shipping container. We will not accept the return if the shoe box is covered in tape and shipping labels.
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO BEING DECLINED AT THE DOOR IF TAPED OR DEFACED.
RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20%.
CUSTOMERS will be responsible for shipping costs to and from Active Sportswear Outlet on all returns and exchanges whenever the return is due to “wrong item ordered,” “do not like,” “item no longer needed, “or “changed mind”. If “Free Shipping” was part of the order, the shipping costs incurred by The Ski Junction will be deducted from the refund.
We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) you would like in place of the original order.

Please mail returns to The Ski Junction, Attn: Returns, at 7115 Blanco Rd Suite 109, San Antonio, TX 78216. Please include something with your order number and last name.
We cannot be responsible for your package until it is signed for by our staff. We HIGHLY recommend you insure your package… ESPECIALLY if you decide to return it via a method that cannot be tracked. We cannot help track packages until they arrive and have been signed for. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE?
We make a substantial effort to complete your return transaction the day it arrives. We process returns M-F. Returns received on Saturdays or Holidays will be processed the following business day. Occasionally, we take longer based on overall volume. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
